Villa Binny ** is situated in the centre of “St. Constantine and Elena” in 400 m away from the sea and the beach, very wear to the Grand Hotel “Varna” and offer high-class conditions for a full and active relaxation. Nearby there are small coquet restaurants, groceries, swimming pools, tennis-courts and many other pleasant facilities.

Villa Binny is built in 1996 and renovated in 2010.On the first floor is a big air-conditioned room with a double and a single bed, a fully-furnished kitchenette, and a master bathroom. On the second floor there are two separate air-conditioned rooms, which of everyone of them is furnitured with a little size twin bed and one single bed. On the same floor there is a separate bathroom /WC.Also on the first floor there is a lounge with upholstered furniture, which leads to a marble terrace facing an English-style lawn with flower beds, evergreen bushes and grass areas, suitable for child play and sun-bathing. The capacity of the villa is up to 8 people-adults and children.

Villa Binny also offers to her quests one studio - 2 large comfortable beds with the possibility to have an additional one. The studio has a nice terrace with a garden table, sofa and chairs / see 3-th row from the Gallery/
